BUKIT TIMAH SHOPPING CENTRE (1978)
Bukit Timah Shopping Centre is located at 170 Upper Bukit Timah Road. The mall is largely service orientated and offers a large number of employment agencies. The tenant mix also includes entertainment such as Cyber LAN gaming and an arcade; and services such as tuition centres, childcare centres and music schools.
It is situated in an area with a large number of foreigners made up of largely Japanese and Koreans. A possible opportunity for the mall is an upcoming Downtown Line which is slated to be completed in 2015.
Nostalgic Malls 
When i used to stay in the Upper Bukit Timah area as a secondary school kid i remember coming here for the food. its come to this.. should probably pay a visit to this childhood haunt of mine this weekend.
